The Hardanger was done as a Group Correspondence Course through our EGA chapter in early 2005. It is "Options in Hardanger" by Dale Sokolow. True to form I did not use her suggested layout but arranged the squares myself:

I don't remember where I found the pattern for the basket lid but it was just perfect for a Nantucket basket I had sitting in the basement and hadn't done anything with:
