Check Twice - Stitch Once

Even stitchers can benefit from spell checkers ... what a difference one little letter can make.
I stitched this 8.5 x 11 inch pillow for my husband many years ago when he was in the Navy and about to deploy for a 6 month run, and at times it was tough that he was not there ...

I love the words on the pillow.
Where did you get them?
Lovely stitching.

That is the neatest little pillow and saying.

It speaks volumes about your love for him.

As a romance writer, I can really appreciate such sentiment. And as a wife, well, I just think that's really cool that you did it for your hubby. I'm sure it meant a lot to him.

BTW, I love your stitching. Lovely work.

I really don't remember where the poem came from. I did some 15 years ago. David took it with him when the Navy deployed his boat to the Mediterranian for a 6 month toor.
