A New Beginning

It's not as if I don't have other projects that are begging to be finished ... far from it. But, this piece has been ready to go for some time now and it was just calling to me to get it started. I have a feeling that it won't be in the UFO pile for long, as the color are just too delicious and the pattern too much fun to stitch.

I want to thank you for stitching my sampler published on SANQ. The Assisi Peacock Samnpler was a magic project for me. I also got the inspiration for the name of our Company from this sampler.
The design and the stitches are indeed very Italian but the American threads make the sampler an unique international piece.
Thanks again for dedicating your time to my design. All my compliments for your lovely blog which is very well built and very pleasant to read. Fondly,
